Renata Kudła-Rajca Strengthens Leadenhall Insurance’s Management Team

Renata Kudła-Rajca has joined Leadenhall Insurance to lead the team of Remote Sales Coordinators. Her new team is responsible for supporting the growth of the rapidly expanding agency channel. In 2024, the company estimates it will be working with 10,000 intermediaries.

Leadenhall Insurance’s core offerings include income protection insurance, life insurance, and professional liability policies. The new manager will oversee the Remote Sales Coordinators team, which is part of the sales network. Renata will work directly with Tomasz Domalewski, the Head of Sales at Leadenhall Insurance. The Remote Coordinators implement, train, and provide immediate support to agents, operating in tandem with regional sales directors.

Currently, Leadenhall collaborates with over 8,000 intermediaries and is experiencing dynamic growth. This is partly due to increasing partnerships with larger multi-agency networks and expanding the workforce of existing partners.

“I’m thrilled that such an experienced manager is joining us. Renata will be directly responsible for the Remote Sales Coordinators project, which we hold in high regard. We launched it in February 2023, and after just a few months, we can see how well it works in activating and supporting intermediaries. We plan to expand the project by hiring additional remote managers while simultaneously optimizing processes and building synergies with regional sales directors. This hybrid network management model, both remote and field-based, allows us to respond swiftly to all agents’ needs and effectively reach them with information about our products,” says Rajmund Rusiecki, CEO of Leadenhall Insurance.

Renata Kudła-Rajca graduated in Finance and Banking and Corporate Financial Management from the School of Management and Banking in Kraków. She has over 30 years of professional experience, having spent the last 17 years as a sales team manager at Generali Życie TU SA.
