Rajmund Rusiecki joined Leadenhall Insurance in April last year as Vice President of the Board. One of his key tasks in his new role as CEO of the company is the dynamic business development in Poland. The company operates as a coverholder for Lloyd's market, offering specialist insurances such as loss of income, professional liability, D&O, and cyber insurance. Leadenhall is also present in the life insurance market, where it collaborates with one of the world's largest reinsurers, RGA. Within two years, the company plans to double its premium allocation in Poland and actively enter other markets in Europe,Asia, and the United States, where it is already present through Efinity, providing IT systems for key distributors.
- I would like to thank the Efinity Group Board for their trust. I have an ambitious goal ahead of me, but after over a year in the company, I know its capabilities and believe we can achieve it. Doubling the premium allocation within two years requires intensive work on expanding the base of active agents and brokers who sell our products. Currently, we cooperate with 5,000 advisors, and the target for next year is around 10,000. We rely on close collaboration with intermediaries for our development, which is why we provide them with comprehensive solutions in the field of specialist products, as well as advanced tools that significantly simplify the process of contacting clients and concluding insurance contracts -comments Rajmund Rusiecki, CEO at Leadenhall Insurance.
The company also faces new operational challenges - as the number of clients increases, the number of claims will multiply.
- Today, we are already prepared to handle a more significant number of claims, not only in our country. The headquarters located in Poland is to become a competence centre for foreign operations in the company's branches - both in the area of claims handling and underwriting - adds Rajmund Rusiecki.
Rajmund Rusiecki has many years of managerial experience in insurance companies. For nearly ten years, he was associated with the Generali Group, where since 2014, he served as a member of the Management Board of Generali Życie TU SA, and since 2018, a member of the Concordia Board, and since 2020, a member of theManagement Board of Generali TU SA. He was responsible for sales of life, property, and agricultural insurance. In the past, he also served as theDirector of the Group Insurance Sales Department at Amplico Life S.A.(MetLife). He began his career in the industry 1995 at PZU Group, where he went from an insurance agent to the Director of Corporate Sales Department. He graduated from the Higher School of Banking in Poznan the Academy of Finance in Warsaw, and has completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Efinity Insurance Group: Personnel Changes andExternal Financing
The change in theCEO position at Leadenhall Insurance is one of the reorganisation elements within the holding structures of Efinity Insurance Group.

I would like to remind you that in relation to these activities, Marcin Prusaczyk joined the Group's management as CFO in March-said Maciej Bud-Gusaim, the former CEO of Leadenhall Insurance, who will remain a member of the company's board until the end of 2023. After that time, he will continue to lead the holding structures as the CEO of the Group.
