On November 18, Rafał Kiliński assumed the position of Advisor to the Board of MJM Holdings. Simultaneously, he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Leadenhall Insurance, where he will support the company’s management in achieving long-term goals, including the expansion of the product portfolio.

Rafał Kiliński is a graduate of the Department of Banking and Finance at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the French Institute of Management. He is also a lecturer at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
Rafał has been involved in the insurance industry since 1997. He gained experience at Warta Insurance and Reinsurance Company before establishing and managing the Gdańsk branch of the international brokerage firm Marsh. As head of the Marine & Aviation Practice for Central and Eastern Europe at Marsh, he was responsible for risk placement in the maritime and aviation sectors.
From 2004, he was associated with PZU, where he authored the reform of PZU’s Corporate Client Division in preparation for its stock market debut. He is also the creator and first President of the Board of the largest mutual insurance company in Poland, the Polish Mutual Insurance Society (TUW).
For his contribution to the development of the Polish insurance market, he was awarded the Cross of Merit by the President of Poland. He was also honored with the Polish Insurance Chamber’s distinction “For Merits in Insurance.”
